My HealtheVet (www.myhealth.va.gov) is a secure website that gives you online access to VA services that will help you take a more active part in your care.
If you get care at a VA facility and have internet access, you can register from home for access to order refills of your active VA prescriptions.

Request an upgrade to a premium account during a Video appointment with a VA provider or log into your existing My HealtheVet account with a Level 2 DS Logon or ID.ME account. With a premium account you will be able to:
■ View/print/download much of your VA health record, including the results of blood tests, progress notes, and radiology reports and images.
■ Send and receive encrypted communications to and from VA health care teams, including your primary and specialty providers, the pharmacy, the billing office, the patient advocate and more.
If you need to regain access to an account you already created, you must call the National Help Desk at 1-877-327-0022 between the hours of 5 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. The system will not let you register for a new account if you have an old account in the system.
Our MyhealtheVet office on the Portland and Vancouver campuses are currently closed due to the Covid-19 pandemic but the Vancouver office is still staffed regularly so please call if you have any questions.

Logging into VA Apps
Many VA apps access your VA Electronic Health Record (EHR) and therefore, for your security, require you to enter ID.me, DS Logon Level 2 (Premium) or MyHealtheVet Premium account credentials to log in. To learn more about the steps to log in, tap the account type you would like to use:
