» Offer your body, your nervous system and mind, the opportunity to rest deeply, and restore.
» This class can be taken on the floor, or bed, or comfy and supported chair.
» As we are not moving our bodies during this class, it may be helpful for you to have a blanket available and a pillow or two to support your head and knees.
» The goal of this class is to let your body (muscles, bones and tissues) relax while staying awake. Practicing this form of rest supports your resilience.

Weights, theraband, different weighted household objects, and isometric strengthening (no equipment needed). This class focuses promoting strength, endurance and cardiovascular health.
