All classes require a Primary Care Provider (PCP) consult, so you need to

All classes are 60 min
 
Monday:
Vancouver, 10:00 a.m. (every other week)
Hillsboro, 3:00 p.m. (every other week)
 
Tuesday:
Portland, 1:00 p.m. & 2:30 p.m.
 
Wednesday:
Vancouver, 9:00 a.m.
West Linn, 3:00 p.m.

Friday:

All postures can be modified for individual needs.
