Qi (chi) Gong groups are for Veterans of all ability levels. Qi Gong is a traditional Chinese mind-body practice, sometimes described as moving meditation. Focus on breathing and meditation practice self-applied massage techniques and gentle movement patterns that can be performed from a chair or in standing.
