Please join us for a 60 minute class;
a time for you to care for your body.
Each Friday, 10:30 -11:30 a.m.
Beginning April 17th
» Offer your body, your nervous system and mind, the opportunity to rest deeply, and restore.
» This class can be taken on the floor, or bed, or comfy and supported chair.
» As we are not moving our bodies during this class, it may be helpful for you to have a blanket available and a pillow or two to support your head and knees.
» The goal of this class is to let your body (muscles, bones and tissues) relax while staying awake. Practicing this form of rest supports your resilience.
