Open Gym: balance. Groups are for veterans of all ability levels. Open Gym groups are for veterans of all ability levels. Open Gym focuses promoting strength, endurance and cardiovascular health. Strength/conditioning classes include physical activities that gently stretch and strengthen major muscle groups.
This class is focused on improving balance and reducing risk of falls. Veterans will be instructed through core and lower body strengthening exercises, as well as address common postural deficits. Please call 503-273-5114 to schedule
