Open Gym: Stretching class. Groups are for veterans of all ability levels. Open Gym groups are for veterans of all ability levels. Open Gym focuses promoting strength, endurance and cardiovascular health. Strength/conditioning classes include physical activities that gently stretch and strengthen major muscle groups. This class structure follows Warm up, followed by static and active stretches for the whole body. The class ends with functional movement patterns for safe, practical movement.
