Class topics covered over 8 sessions on strategies for reducing PTSD symptoms:
? The 8-week group focuses on SKILLS and TOOLS that can be used every day to help manage PTSD symptoms.
? Topics include reducing anxiety, managing trauma memories, improving sleep, reducing avoidance, coping with nightmares, and much more!
? This program is here-and-now focused. We DO NOT recount trauma details in groups; we DO support women who may be doing that in individual therapy.
? We focus on ways to help improve quality of life. You can be a trauma survivor AND have a life!
