Mindfulness Meditation
Come to an informational session to learn about Mindfulness and how you can participate/sign up for a 6 week class

 
?What is Mindfulness?  Paying attention in a particular way, on purpose, in the present moment, without judgement.
 
?What are the potential benefits of Mindfulness Meditation?  ?It May:
?- improve quality of life and emotional   wellbeing
?- decrease fatigue and pain
?- reduce stress
?- promote better sleep
