Come to an informational session to learn about Qigong and how you can participate/sign up for a class at the Vancouver VA
 
?What is Qigong?  A series of safe, gentle movements  similar to Tai Chi, done in a meditative way to promote wellbeing
 
?What are the benefits of Qigong?  
 
?It may:
?- improve quality of life and emotional   wellbeing
?- decrease fatigue
?- stimulate the immune system
?- reduce stress
?- promote better sleep
?- help with range of motion and mobility
