The new 26,000 square foot Fairview Clinic is located at 1800 NE Market Drive, Fairview, OR 97024.
The brand new Fairview Clinic Ribbon Cutting & Open House is scheduled for March 3, 2016, at 10:30 am. Please join us for this celebration!
The 26,000 square foot Fairview Clinic is replacing the East CBOC with nearly four times the space. The new facility will have Primary Care services as well as comprehensive Mental Health services, Community Reintegration Program services, enrollment, and pharmacy consultation services.
The new location is 1800 NE Market Drive, Fairview, OR 97024 (the address was previously noted as 21600 NE Halsey St., but the Market Dr. address is the 'official' address; both addresses are the same physical location on a map).
The East Portland CBOC located at 10535 NE Glisan Street, Gateway Medical Bldg., 2nd Floor, Portland, OR 97220, will be closed as of March 4 to allow for the transition and the new Fairview Clinic will open on March 11 – we apologize for any inconvenience. Services will still be scheduled, but at other VAPORHCS facilities.
