Stephen D. Butler is a Navy Veteran and Veterans Service Officer (VSO) with Blinded Veterans Association.

He is available for walk-ins and scheduled appointments by request at Portland VA Medical Center every Friday from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. in the Chaplain and Social Work Services office in building 100 (main building), room 3B-100. All Veterans are welcome. Stephen can be reached at sbutler@bvaocrg.com.

If you are a Veteran who needs assistance or if you have questions about your benefits, please do not hesitate to reach out to Butler.

He is very knowledgeable about VA health care and benefits, as well as programs and resources available to Veterans.

Portland VA Health Care System also has Multnomah County VSO’s with the Veterans Services Office available on site at the Portland VA Medical Center in the Chaplain and Social Work Services office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday each week:

Scheduled appointments with Multnomah County VSO’s: 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. (Call 503-988-8387 to make an appointment)

Walk-in appointments with Multnomah County VSO’s: 1:00 – 3:30 p.m.

At the Vancouver VA Campus, Veterans of Foreign Wars VSO’s are available on a walk-in basis in building 15, room 112B from 8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday. Call 360-696-4583 for more information.
