The Medical Center's Phone Tree (auto attendant) has changed. PLEASE LISTEN CLOSELY TO THE RECORDING.
The main phone tree (auto attendant) for the Medical Center was updated 3/28/13. Due to some of the option changes, callers will not be allowed to select any option other than “1” or “0” for the first 27 seconds of the initial message. Please note that calls may be misrouted if the caller does not listen that the menu options have changed.
The auto attendant options will be the following:
Press 0 to connect to an operator
Press 1 to enter an extension
Press 2 to Schedule or change a primary care appointment
Routes to Patient Services Unit
Press 3 to speak to your Primary Care team
Routes into a submenu which will list all of the Primary Care Clinics/CBOC’s
Vancouver, East Portland, Salem, etc
Press 4 to Pharmacy
Routes to a submenu with choices of audiocare and pharmacy which is the Patient Services Unit
Press 5 for Specialty
Routes to a submenu of specialty services
Patient Services Unit (for scheduling), Mental Health, Dental, etc
Press 6 for Administrative offices
Routes to submenu for Enrollment, Health Resource Center (HRC,) Network Payment Center, etc
Press 7 for the Community Resource and Referral Center (CRRC)
Routes to CRRC
Press 8 for Flu Shot information
